Our FCCLA chapter has been fortunate enough to be supported by community organization's and local residents that help us achieve our chapters purpose. These partners include Ready, Set, Grow Daycare, Sale Day Auction, Culver's, Buffalo Wild Wings, our teachers and administrators at KNHS, KNMS, and KNE, and our local Board of Education. These partnerships that we have with these different organizations has helped our chapter in multiple ways.

Thank you, Knob Noster High School Special Education Program!
Our chapter continues our partnership with the KNHS Special Education Program! The Special Education Program helped our chapter start the Mentor Program. The Mentor Program is a program that gives the members in our chapter the opportunity to form a closer relationship with the student in our schools Special Education Program. Each member fills out a form which includes their strengths and weaknesses. Once the form in filled out, one of the head teachers of the Special Education department will pair the member with a student in the program that they believe they will work well with. The FCCLA member is given the opportunity to hang out with their buddy during lunch to play games, help them with homework, have a friendly conversation, and more. The Mentor program has given our chapter the opportunity to learn about the career field, practice our skills, volunteer in out school, and give students in our school the opportunity to feel connected. We are thankful that we were able to start this partnership and are excited for the many years to come.

The Knob Noster Elementary School has been a partner with the KNHS FCCLA for the past eight years. The elementary school has partnered with our chapter in order for our members to learn more about the elementary education career field and practice their skills. Our members are able to learn by volunteering at the elementary school during various events. For instance, every year during the KNE Fall Festival, our members go to the elementary during the school day to assist in a variety of activities and read books to the children. The Knob Noster Elementary has provided opportunities for our chapter to give back to the community and improve our skills. Our chapter is beyond thankful for the partnership between our chapter and Knob Noster Elementary. We hope to see this partnership grow greater in the future.

The Knob Noster FCCLA chapter began a partnership with the Knob Noster Board of Education since the founding of the Knob Noster High School FCCLA Chapter. Since this partnership first began, the KN Board of Education has always provided our school organization with an endless amount of support. The Knob Noster Board of Education has dedicated funds in order to make our chapter's dreams a reality. Also, they never fail to show their pride for our organization by sharing our accomplishments and hard work with our community. In return, our chapter works hard to fulfill the standards of success and leadership that we are held to. The partnership between our chapter and the Knob Noster Board of Education has helped to set an outstanding model of leadership for the students to come in Knob Noster High School. Our chapter is beyond thankful for the support provided by the Knob Noster Board of Education and is excited to grow this partnership in the many years to come.
